Gain powerful insights into your retail banking operations, customer engagement, and lead management with the dashboards in the Retail Banking Insights app. Use the dashboard to identify customers at risk that lack recent activity to prioritize crucial follow-up actions. Apply the analytics to understand customers better, enhance decision-making and drive business growth.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited editions where Financial Services add-on licenses.

**When:** This feature is available starting in February 2026.

**Who:** To create a Retail Banking Insights app, you need the Data Cloud Architect permission set, Tableau Limited Viewer license and permission set, and Financial Services data kit.
