# Enhance Transaction Inquiries with Natural Language

Help your users find transactions by using natural language. The updated Get Transaction agent action now uses LLMs (Large Language Models) to understand complex, multilayered requests. For example, users can ask for "all debits over $500 from the last month". In addition, with three new Lightning Web Components, the agent can show financial accounts, balances, and transactions more clearly in the Agentforce Banking Service Employee Assistance console and Banking Service Customer Assistance chat interface.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited editions with Agentforce Financial Services, formerly Financial Services Cloud.
