Enhance and elevate your customer interactions with several new features.
- Enable Private Mobile App Sharing in Visual Remote Assistant (VRA) Sessions
Customers can now share an application window from their mobile device during VRA sessions, keeping the rest of their device screen private. Call center reps see only the relevant content. Privacy provides them with a secure and focused way to troubleshoot or review app-specific issues without seeing unrelated information. - Preview and Manage Images in the Visual Remote Assistant (VRA) Self-Service Request
Guest users on Salesforce Experience Cloud sites can now upload images more efficiently by previewing the images before sending them. They can remove any unwanted images and add images within VRA upload limits and guest security constraints. Previously, guest users couldn’t review their image selections before uploading, requiring them to cancel the upload and start over to make changes. - Validate Visual Remote Assistant (VRA) Permissions and User Access Easily from the Configuration Panel
Check that permission sets and users have the required VRA access permissions from the new Access Validation tab. Easily identify missing permissions and resolve installation, setup, or upgrade issues quickly and efficiently. Previously, you couldn’t verify whether a permission set or user had VRA access permissions, often leading to manual checks, setup errors, and a longer troubleshooting cycle. - Streamline Image Management by Retrieving Multiple Visual Remote Assistant (VRA) Images
Efficiently capture multiple VRA session images at once and store them directly in Salesforce with the VRA Mass Image Retrieval screen flow. Centralizing these images on related records ensures easy access to historical session images for review and follow-up.
