# Preview and Manage Images in the Visual Remote Assistant (VRA) Self-Service Request

Guest users on Salesforce Experience Cloud sites can now upload images more efficiently by previewing the images before sending them. They can remove any unwanted images and add images within VRA upload limits and guest security constraints. Previously, guest users couldn’t review their image selections before uploading, requiring them to cancel the upload and start over to make changes.

**Where:** This feature is available in Lightning Experience and in [Aura and LWR sites](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=experience.exp_cloud_basics_glossary.htm&type=5&language=en_US) accessed through Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions with the Visual Remote Assistant installed. You must have at least [one active community license](https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=platform.users_license_types_communities.htm&type=5&language=en_US) in your org to use this feature.

**How:** When a guest user opens a Self-Service request on the Experience Cloud site, the image upload panel now includes tools to manage uploaded images before sending.
