# Enable Private Mobile App Sharing in Visual Remote Assistant (VRA) Sessions

Customers can now share an application window from their mobile device during VRA sessions, keeping the rest of their device screen private. Call center reps see only the relevant content. Privacy provides them with a secure and focused way to troubleshoot or review app-specific issues without seeing unrelated information.

**Where:** This feature is available in Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions with the Field Service managed package and Visual Remote Assistant installed. Application sharing is supported on Android and iOS, depending on OS capabilities.

**How:** Go to the Invite Page and select the **Application Sharing** mode. During a session, customers are prompted to select an app window to share. Only that window is visible to the call center rep.
