# Enhance Work Processes by Adding Data Capture Forms to Mobile Timesheets and Service Resources

Customize the mobile experience to fit your business needs and centralize data collection by adding Data Capture forms directly to mobile timesheets and service resource records. Expand the Field Service mobile app’s capabilities by configuring screen flows to collect specific data, like meal expenses, mileage logs, or alternate contact details, without the need for custom Lightning web components.

**Where:** This feature is available in Lightning Experience and Salesforce Classic in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions, and in the Field Service mobile app for Android and iOS .

**How:** To assign a flow, in the Object Manager, open Time Sheet or Service Resource. Select **Page Layouts**, and add Forms to Related Lists. Then open the timesheet or service resource record, select **Related**, and in the Forms section click **New**. Select the form you created.
