Mobile workers can now benefit from a more human-like voice when using Pre-Work Brief, making content easier to consume and enhancing overall accessibility. The updated voice technology replaces robotic tones with more natural speech patterns, improving clarity and making hands-free data entry more effective.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions, and in the Field Service mobile app for Android and iOS.
