# Streamline Pre-Work Brief with Rich Text

Boost mobile worker productivity by transforming Pre-Work Brief from plain text into a rich resource. You can now use Markdown formatting to create content that is easier to read and structure, significantly improving clarity for complex instructions. Additionally, this update supports embedded hyperlinks, allowing mobile workers to access external resources, like collaboration channels and visual aids, without leaving their workflow.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions, and in the Field Service mobile app for Android and iOS.

**How:** Configure briefs in Prompt Builder or Flow Builder by utilizing Markdown syntax to organize content with structural elements like paragraphs, bold or italicized text, and lists. The update also supports the insertion of clickable URLs that open directly in the device’s default browser or specific applications, ensuring mobile workers have immediate access to the data they need.
