How: This update is automatically applied to organizations using Point-to-Point Predictive Routing in the Republic of Ireland. Travel calculations for service appointments already on your schedule can change, creating overlaps, rule violations, or brief periods of idle time. To resolve these conflicts, use a fix overlaps feature, or run Global, In-Day, or Resource Optimization.
