# Feedback Management

Enable deeper customization and reliability for your surveys. Drive brand consistency using Custom CSS for flexible styling, and ensure better readability on desktops and small screens with the revamped Matrix Survey Question View. You can now configure partial response saving for up to 999 days, and save partial responses automatically for unauthenticated guest users.

    Improve survey readability on desktops and smaller screens with the revamped view for matrix questions. The new design presents options for each question in a dedicated dropdown menu, making it easier to read the full question and select an option.

    You can now save partially completed survey responses for up to 999 days, extending the time window from the previous 15-day limit. You can now configure this duration from anywhere between 1 and 999 days. The Partial Survey Settings are also located in the Default Settings.

    Partially Completed Survey Responses are saved automatically for unauthenticated guest users. Previously, this functionality was available only for authenticated users.

    Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) offer flexible styling for your surveys. Custom CSS lets you define the fonts, colors, layout, padding between elements, and icon alignment and size of the survey beyond the default settings of the Survey Builder. You can use Custom CSS to create surveys that perfectly align with your branding.
