# LWR Sites Use the User's Date and Time by Default

To standardize behavior across LWR sites, system dates and times, such as when a record is created, now use the user's locale. Previously, some LWR sites used the org's default time zone instead of the user's locale. If you need to modify this default setting, contact Salesforce Customer Support.

**Where:** This change applies to [LWR sites](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=experience.exp_cloud_basics_glossary.htm&language=en_US) accessed through Lightning Experience and Salesforce Classic in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions.
