# Strengthen Prospect Strategy by Creating Slack Research Channels and Canvases with Agentforce

Integrate research workflows directly with Slack to accelerate decision making and improve collaboration across advancement teams. Give researchers and relationship officers a shared space to evaluate high-impact prospects. Researchers can build channels, publish canvases, and produce insights without leaving Slack. Relationship officers can join prospect-specific channels and review curated canvases.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions where these licenses and add-ons are enabled.

**Who:** To access Nonprofit Cloud for Fundraising, users need the FundraisingAccess permission set. To use Fundraising with Agentforce Education, formerly Education Cloud, turn on Fundraising in Agentforce Education, and then create and assign a permission set to your users.

**How:** In Setup, find and select **Fundraising Settings**, and then under Access Fundraising Research in Agentforce, turn on **Philanthropic Research Topics in Agentforce**.
