This feature drastically cuts down on configuration time and reduces errors. Staff members now have a simplified experience to manage their own and their colleagues’ availability with a few clicks. Institutions can configure scheduling quickly and accurately by using intuitive guidance and education-aligned language.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions where the Education Cloud license is enabled.

**Who:** Users with the Education Cloud Full Access permission set can use this feature.
