# Help Students Register for High-Demand Courses Efficiently

Configure course waitlists to simplify the enrollment process and manage the demand for popular courses. Support students to join the waitlists of high-demand courses directly from the Experience Cloud site and notify them when seats open up, reducing the stress of monitoring course availability. Determine student enrollment priority and timing on a dedicated setup page. Send enrollment offers to students by using prebuilt flows. Students can accept or decline an offer to enroll, or remove themselves from waitlists.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions where the Education Cloud license and the Education Cloud Advanced Academic Operations for Experience Cloud add-on are enabled.

**Who:**

- Users with the Education Cloud Full Access permission set can turn on Advanced Academic Operations and assign permission sets to student users.
- Users with the Education Cloud Advanced Academic Operations Admin Access permission set can edit relevant objects.
- Users with both the Education Cloud Advanced Academic Operations for Experience Cloud Access and the Education Cloud for Experience Cloud permission sets, and the Access Education Cloud Advanced Academic Operations for Experience Cloud Users user permission can register for courses on the Experience Cloud site.
