# Connect Your Student Information System with Learning Management Systems

Synchronize data between your student information system (SIS) and learning management systems (LMS) by using MuleSoft Anypoint or Flow connectors. Connect to Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard, and D2L Brightspace by using the out-of-the-box Anypoint connectors, or use a Flow-based Canvas connector for simpler use cases with fewer transformations.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions. To use the Flow connector, MuleSoft for Flow: Integration add-on is required. To use the MuleSoft Anypoint connectors, MuleSoft Integration SF - Starter or the MuleSoft Integration SF - Advanced add-on is required.

Note Anypoint Connector for Blackboard, Anypoint Connector for D2L Brightspace, and Anypoint Connector for Moodle are pilot or beta services that are subject to the Beta Services Terms at [Agreements - Salesforce.com](https://www.salesforce.com/company/legal/agreements/) or a written Unified Pilot Agreement if executed by Customer, and applicable terms in the [Product Terms Directory](https://ptd.salesforce.com/). Use of these pilot or beta services is at the Customer's sole discretion.

**Who:** Users with the Manage Integration Connections permission can manage MuleSoft for Flow: Integration connections.

**Why:** Use SIS data to automate LMS user provisioning, create and manage course sections, and synchronize enrollments for faculty, teaching staff, and students. Push final and component grades from the LMS to the SIS to establish a bidirectional data flow, and synchronize course structures and assessment components.

**How:** Create Mule flows in MuleSoft Anypoint Studio to synchronize data between SIS and LMS by using the Anypoint Connector for Blackboard (Beta), Anypoint Connector for Canvas, Anypoint Connector for D2L Brightspace (Beta), or Anypoint Connector for Moodle (Beta). Alternatively, to facilitate data and information exchange between Canvas and your student information system for simpler use cases with fewer transformations, use the MuleSoft for Flow: Integration connector for Canvas in your flows.
