# Accelerate Transfer Credit Evaluations in the Application Process

Speed up learning equivalency evaluations and reduce student wait time by requesting estimates for transferable credits directly in the application portal. Applicants can enter details of prior learning and upload supporting documents and images in each admissions application. They can also reuse previous estimates to prefill and create official transfer credit requests. When an applicant submits their information, automatically create records and streamline the review process.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Unlimited, Performance, and Developer editions where the Education Cloud license is enabled.

**Who:** Users with the Education Cloud Full Access permission set can set up and use this feature. Users with the Education Cloud for Experience Cloud Access permission set can use this feature.
