# Capture Assessment Responses with Exact Question Versioning

Map every assessment question response to the specific version of the question displayed to the user. Maintain a more precise audit trail of the question text and the responses from the user. Track and analyze customer interactions effectively by maintaining exact version context, resulting in improved decision making and customer service.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Developer, Enterprise, and Unlimited editions with Discovery Framework.

**How:** From Setup, in Discovery Framework General Settings, turn on **Enhanced Save Responses**.
