Share your data with external data sources, create data actions, creation activation targets and activations, build flows, or enrich your Salesforce org with Data 360 data.
- Access Data Action and Data Action Targets in Companion Orgs with Data Cloud One
Access data actions and data action targets created in the home org from every connected companion org. Streamline your enterprise business operations and ensure consistent data action visibility across a multi-org enterprise. - Activate Segments with Consistent Order of Attributes or Columns
If an activation is run multiple times, the order of attributes or columns in the activated file is now consistent, when activating to file storage targets like Amazon S3, SFTP, GCS, or Azure. Consistent order of attributes or columns helps in easy consumption of the activation output by a downstream system. - Clarify Activation Field Names with Output Name
Identify the attribute field name in your activation output more easily. The Preferred Name column is now the Output Name column. The field now defaults to the attribute's API name with prefixes and suffixes removed. This makes sure that a value is always present. Override the default with a custom name that’s unique across the entire activation. - Data 360 Clean Rooms Are Now Generally Available
Use Data 360 clean rooms to partner with other organizations and analyze your combined data while maintaining strict privacy. Compare and verify your clean room data mappings in a sandbox org before moving them to a production org. Delete unused mapped templates, and end clean room collaborations as needed. - Deploy Code Extension Components Using Data Kits (Beta)
Use a DevOps data kit to move custom code deployments or data transforms created using custom code from sandbox to production. When you add a data transform created using custom code to your data kit, the associated custom code is automatically included in the data kit. When your custom code references either data lake objects or data model objects, you must manually add the referenced objects to the data kit. - Leverage Currency Fields in Copy Field Enrichments
You can now copy financial data from Data 360 data model objects (DMOs) to your Salesforce objects using currency fields. Accelerate calculations for key metrics such as lifetime value (LTV) and total customer value (TCV). Use this capability in single currency orgs only. Multi-currency orgs aren't supported. - Manage Activations in Companion Orgs with Data Cloud One
Access activations created in the home org from any connected companion org. Save time by building and managing activations directly in a Data Cloud One companion and ensure consistent activation availability across a multi-org enterprise. Supported targets include Amazon S3, SFTP, Google Cloud Storage, Microsoft Azure, Marketing Cloud Engagement, Salesforce Personalization, and Data Cloud. Additionally, you can create an activation-triggered flow for a Data 360 target in the companion org to connect to external API-based destinations through MuleSoft. - Merge Copy Field Enrichments from Sandbox to Production
Streamline the development lifecycle by using the Data Kit and Change Set framework to merge copy field enrichments from a development sandbox into a production environment. This capability reduces the risk associated with manual configuration and ensures consistency across environments. - Monitor the Match Count for Your Activations to Advertising Platforms
Monitor the reach of your advertising efforts by viewing the match count for your activations. Match count identifies the number of users from your segment found in the advertising platform. This enhancement applies only to audience segments activated to advertising platforms included with the Ad Audience license. Use this metric to make sure that you're targeting the expected number of users. - Standardize Contact Point Setup with Activation Templates
Use activation templates to define and save reusable contact point selection logic for your segment-triggered flows. You can consistently apply channel selections, source priority configurations, and filters across multiple campaigns without manual reconfiguration. These templates maintain consent compliance and reduce errors by standardizing how your organization selects the correct contact points. - Trigger Data 360 Activations Directly from a Flow (Beta)
Create an API activation in Data 360 and trigger it from Flow Builder by using an API call. API activation expands where and how you can initiate activations. You can trigger activations mid-flow, precisely when they’re most impactful, independent of how a flow is triggered. This gives you the flexibility to start activations based on any Salesforce event, independent of a segment publish schedule. - Build Cross-Channel Journeys Using API Activations in Data 360 (Generally Available)
Integrate Data 360 API activations directly into Flow Builder to build multi-channel customer journeys. You can start the journey from either a segment-triggered flow or an activation-triggered flow, and use composable building blocks from Salesforce Flow to bridge gaps between different touchpoints and channels within a single, unified flow. Use flow's inherent scheduling to orchestrate the journey independent of segment publish schedules. - Use Batch DMO Activations in Activation-Triggered Flows
Trigger flows using a batch data model object (DMO) activation and activate complete datasets, including profiles, engagement history, and large-scale product recommendations to destinations powered by activation-triggered flows. Moving beyond segment-based activations, batch DMO activations export high-volume engagement and product data to analytics, marketing, and personalization platforms inside or outside of Salesforce. Use this data to power customer interactions, improve decision-making, and meet regulatory compliance. - Simplify LinkedIn CAPI Activation with the Conversion Type Filter
Filter conversion rules by type when you integrate Data 360 with the LinkedIn Conversion API (CAPI). Mapping the "type" field is now optional during attribute matching and reduces manual data entry errors. - Sync WhatsApp Engagement and Conversion Events to Meta using CAPI
Sync engagement and conversion events from WhatsApp channels to Meta using the Meta Conversions API (CAPI) in Data 360. Track real-time interactions and improve ad attribution with these events. - Measure Ad Performance with TikTok Conversion API
Easily send conversion events, including web purchases, event registrations, and offline events such as closed opportunities, directly from Data 360 to TikTok using the TikTok Conversion API (CAPI). Get a complete, cross-channel view of your target audience in TikTok, and make data-driven advertising decisions.
