# Monitor Business Health with the CSI Score App

Get instant visibility into customer health with prebuilt dashboards that accelerate time-to-value by delivering immediate, actionable insights. The app visualizes your composite scores, all-up CSI score, and predictive top drivers. Use KPI relationships to uncover exactly how individual KPIs drive changes in composite scores. Executives can focus on specific priorities by using the My Metrics tab, or evaluate comprehensive performance from the All Metrics tab. Leaders get a unified executive view while retaining the ability to drill down into the metrics driving performance.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions.

Note CSI Score is a pilot or beta service that is subject to the Beta Services Terms at [Agreements - Salesforce.com](https://www.salesforce.com/company/legal/agreements/) or a written Unified Pilot Agreement if executed by Customer, and applicable terms in the [Product Terms Directory](https://ptd.salesforce.com/?_ga=2.247987783.1372150065.1709219475-629000709.1639001992). Use of this pilot or beta service is at the Customer's sole discretion.

**When:** CSI Score is available starting in March 2026.

**How:** To enable CSI Score (beta), contact your Salesforce account executive.
