# New Connect in Apex Classes

These classes are new.

## Commerce

These new methods are in the `ConnectApi.OrderSummary` class.

Get a wrapped list of sequenced amounts for order payment summaries

Use the `getSequenceOrderPaymentSummaryInputList(List<SequenceOrderSummaryPaymentInputRepresentation> sequences)` method.

Get a sequenced list of amounts to apply to an order payment summary

Use the `getSequenceOrderPaymentSummaryInputRepresentation(orderPaymentSummaryId, amount)` method.

## Data 360

These new methods are in the `ConnectApi.CdpActivationExternalPlatform` class.

Get a list of activation external platforms

- Use the `getActivationExternalPlatforms()` method.
- Use the `getActivationExternalPlatforms(limit, offset, orderBy)` method.

New output class: `ConnectApi.ActivationExternalPlatformCollection`

These new methods are in the `ConnectApi.CdpQuery` class.

Get a list of metadata entities

- Use the `getMetadataEntities()` method.
- Use the `getMetadataEntities(entityCategory, entityType)` method.
- Use the `getMetadataEntities(entityCategory, entityType, dataspace)` method.

New output class: `ConnectApi.CdpQueryMetadataEntitiesOutput`

## Named Credentials

These methods are in the `ConnectApi.NamedCredentials` class.

Remove an external auth identity provider

Use the `deleteExternalAuthIdentityProvider(developerName)` method.

Remove an external credential

Use the `deleteExternalCredential(developerName)` method.

Remove a named credential

Use the `deleteNamedCredential(developerName)` method.

Update an external auth identity provider

Use the `updateExternalAuthIdentityProvider(developerName, requestBody)` method.

Update an external credential

Use the `updateExternalCredential(developerName, requestBody)` method.

Update a named credential

Use the `updateNamedCredential(developerName, requestBody)` method.

## Orchestration

This new method is in the `ConnectApi.Orchestration` class.

Get orchestration instances associated with another orchestration

Use the `getOrchestrationInstanceCollection(relatedRecordId, relatedOrchestrationId)` method.

## Records

This new method is in the new `ConnectApi.RecordUi` class.

Get the values for all the picklist fields of a specific record type

Use the `getPicklistValuesByRecordType(objectApiName, recordTypeId)` method.

New output class: `ConnectApi.PicklistValuesCollection`

This method is useful for getting dependent picklist values. For example, if an object has a tree of dependent picklists, such as `Continents__c`, `Countries__c`, `Cities__c`, use this method to get all the values for each picklist in one request.

## Salesforce CMS

These new methods are in the `ConnectApi.ManagedContent` class.

Get digital asset management (DAM) providers for a managed content space

Use the `getManagedContentProvidersForSpace(contentSpaceId)` method.

Update a digital asset management (DAM) provider instance

Use the `updateManagedContentProviderInstance(providerInstanceId, providerInstanceInput)` method.

## Salesforce Flow

This new method is in the new `ConnectApi.FlowApprovalProcesses` class.

Get the status and available actions for flow approval processes

Use the `getFlowApprovalProcessWithStatus(relatedRecordId, processNames)` method.

New output class: `ConnectApi.FlowApprovalProcessCollection`
