# Improve Japanese Product Discoverability with Enhanced Tokenization

Deliver more predictable search results for Japanese storefronts with an improved word-breaking algorithm. The search engine now breaks down Japanese text into tokens, resulting in higher relevancy when customers search for products with complex phrases or compound words.

**Where:** This change applies to B2C Commerce.

**How:** To enable improved tokenization for your Japanese locale, in Business Manager, click App Launcher, and then select **Administration** | **Feature Switches**. Select **Enable strict Japanese search/index matching**.
