# Use the CMS Base (Beta) Data Kit to Ingest Content into Data 360

To support experiences that are driven by content metadata, such as semantic search for content, deploy the new CMS Base (Beta) data kit. When you use this data kit, Data 360 can ingest content metadata from Salesforce CMS. The data model objects (DMOs) released in Spring ’26 are available in Data 360 after you install the data kit.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in all editions supported by Data 360. See [Data 360 edition availability](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=data.c360_a_dc_editions.htm&language=en_US).

Note The CMS Base data kit is a beta service that is subject to the Beta Services Terms at [Agreements - Salesforce.com](https://www.salesforce.com/company/legal/agreements/) or a written Unified Pilot Agreement if executed by Customer, and applicable terms in the [Product Terms Directory](https://ptd.salesforce.com/). Use of this pilot or beta service is at the Customer's sole discretion.

The Non-GA Services are used in conjunction with GA Services which consume paid credits or entitlements ("entitlements"). Any corresponding consumption of entitlements arising from Customer's use of the Non-GA Services shall not give rise to any refund or credit rights.

**When:** This feature is available starting April 15, 2026.

**How:** From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter CMS and select **Salesforce CMS**. Turn on **Ingest CMS Content into Data 360 (Beta)**. Then, from Data Cloud Setup, deploy the CMS Base (Beta) data kit.
