Remove outdated Data 360 metadata from sandboxes created before August 2024 and use them for a new setup without a refresh. The cleanup process identifies any non-Data 360 entities that reference Data 360 entities and packages containing outdated metadata.
Where: This change applies to Data 360 Developer, Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions. It is not available in Government Cloud.
When: This functionality is available starting in January 2026.
How: Go to Data Cloud Setup. If your sandbox contains outdated metadata, click Clean up and Reset.
