Where: This change applies to Data Cloud Developer, Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions. Not available: Government Cloud.

When: This feature is available starting in February 2026.

Why: Use Notebook AI to complete a request for proposal (RFP) from a customer. Or, find solutions to complex support cases by exploring the resources available for research. For example, account executives can upload documents such as an RFP from a government agency, industry guidelines for RFPs, and personal notes from customer meetings. Then, they can start asking questions regarding customer requirements and get answers from the sources. Finally, they can export their analysis into a PDF for future reference.
