# Optimize Activation Payloads with the Is Changed Operator

Gain finer control over your activation logic with the new `Is Changed` operator. Filter activation records based on attribute-level changes to make sure that downstream destinations receive data only when critical values update. This enhancement reduces the amount of unnecessary data sent to activation targets and improves the relevance of your activated data. This operator works only with streaming DMO activations.

**Where**: This change applies to Data 360 in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions.

**When**: This feature is available starting in January 2026.
