# Build Cross-Channel Journeys Using API Activations in Data 360 (Generally Available)

Integrate Data 360 API activations directly into Flow Builder to build multi-channel customer journeys. You can start the journey from either a segment-triggered flow or an activation-triggered flow, and use composable building blocks from Salesforce Flow to bridge gaps between different touchpoints and channels within a single, unified flow. Use flow's inherent scheduling to orchestrate the journey independent of segment publish schedules.

**Why:** Create complex, end-to-end lifecycle journeys that adapt instantly to customer behavior ensuring every customer interaction is connected and timely. For example, if a newly onboarded customer hasn’t claimed their welcome bonus via email, invoke an activation to retarget them to other targets such as Google Ads or Meta, using a single flow.

All the targets that are currently supported for activations in Data 360 can be used in Salesforce Flow. These include file storage targets (Amazon S3, SFTP, GCS, Azure), Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and strategic partners (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn).

**Where:** This change applies to Data 360 in the Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions.

**When:** This feature is generally available starting in April 2026.
