# Improve Deployment Stability with Context Definitions

Experience greater stability during migrations and upgrades in your Business Rules Engine with rule definitions.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions where Business Rules Engine and Context Service is enabled.

**Who:** To simulate rules, you need both the Rule Engine Designer and the Context Service Runtime permission sets.
