Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions where Business Rules Engine is enabled.
How: From the App Launcher, find and select Lookup Tables. Select the decision table that you want to monitor. To monitor your decision table actions, click the Log tab.
