# Capture Transaction Amounts and Summary Records in Functional Currency

Give your customers the ability to view functional currency equivalents of their billing transaction amounts. Calculate the opening and closing balance summaries for general ledger accounts in a legal entity accounting period by using functional currency.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions of Agentforce Revenue Management, formerly Revenue Cloud, with the Revenue Cloud Advanced or Revenue Cloud Billing license.

**Who:** To capture transaction amounts and summary records in functional currency, you need the Billing Admin permission set.

**How:** In Setup, find and select **Billing Settings**. Then, turn on Store Transaction Amounts in Corporate and Functional Currencies.
