Simplify invoice corrections with the Void Invoice quick action. Billing users can now void posted invoices directly from the Invoice record, in addition to using the existing API-based approach.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions of Agentforce Revenue Management, formerly Revenue Cloud, with the Revenue Cloud Billing license.
Who: To void invoices, you need the Billing Admin or the Billing Operations User permission set.
How: To void an invoice, from the App Launcher, find and select Invoices. Open the posted invoice and click Void Invoice.
