# Offer Flexible Billing Frequencies for Quotes and Orders

Your sales representatives can now select a billing frequency on a transaction that differs from the product’s pricing frequency. Convert shorter pricing terms, such as monthly or quarterly, into longer billing cycles such as semi-annual or annual. Get accurate billing for partial periods based on the actual number of days a product or subscription is used.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions of Agentforce Revenue Management, formerly Revenue Cloud, with the Revenue Cloud Advanced or Revenue Cloud Billing license.

**Who:** To use this feature, you need the Billing Admin or the Billing Operations User permission set.
