Group records by using fields such as parent record ID to make batch jobs more reliable and prevent row lock errors. You can also group records by related object fields to make sure that the batch job processes records with common dependencies together. For example, you can group quotes by their related opportunity accounts to avoid conflicts during parallel processing.
