# Drive Conversions with Full Shopping Agent Support for SFRA

Guest shoppers can now browse products, ask questions, manage carts, and complete purchases using Apple Pay or Google Pay without leaving the Shopping Agent on your SFRA storefront. This end-to-end support reduces implementation effort for developers and provides shoppers a direct, frictionless path to purchase. Only guest shoppers are supported.

**Where:** This change applies to SFRA storefronts for B2C Commerce with a B2C Commerce Cloud license and the Agentforce add-on.

**How:** Create an agent by using the Guided Shopping for B2C Storefronts template, or reload an existing agent with cart and coupon related topics. Configure the SFRA input parameters for each action.
