Give your customers more ways to chat with the Shopping Agent for B2C Commerce by providing various launch locations. Provide agent access from the site header, within a shopper’s search suggestions, or as a floating icon at the bottom of each storefront page.
Where: This change applies to PWA Kit storefronts for B2C Commerce.
When: This change is available mid-March 2026.
Who: This change is available to customers with a B2C Commerce Cloud license and the Agentforce add-on.
How: From the PWA Kit repository, deploy the latest release. Add one or more of these variables to your MRT project: enableAgentFromHeader, enableAgentFromSearchSuggestions, or enableAgentFromFloatingButton. The result is agent access from the site header (1), the search suggestions (2), or a persistent chat icon (3) at the bottom of each page.
