The Shopping Agent for B2C Storefronts, powered by Agentforce, guides shoppers through their product discovery and purchasing journey. Shoppers can “chat” with the Agent and receive assistance with product search and recommendations, learn about promotions, get answers to frequently asked questions, and count on secure checkout.

    Guest shoppers can now browse products, ask questions, manage carts, and complete purchases using Apple Pay or Google Pay without leaving the Shopping Agent on your SFRA storefront. This end-to-end support reduces implementation effort for developers and provides shoppers a direct, frictionless path to purchase. Only guest shoppers are supported.
