# Preserve Shopper Preferences Across Categories

Make it easier for shoppers to discover products by preserving their preferences as they search across categories. When a shopper switches to a new category or a previous one, the agent retains their preferences and proactively prompts to reapply the category. Previously, shoppers needed to reselect filters manually every time they switched to a different category.

**Where:** This change applies to B2C Commerce and requires Service Cloud or Sales Cloud in Developer, Unlimited, or Enterprise edition with the Agentforce add-on.

**How:** This change is available by request. To request access, contact your Salesforce account executive.
