# Preview Files Natively in Screen Flows

Eliminate friction in document-based processes by enabling your users to review file content directly within a screen flow. The new File Preview screen component removes the requirement to download files externally, ensuring more streamlined document review and approval workflows.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience and Salesforce Classic in Essentials, Professional, Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions.

**How:** In Flow Builder, drag the File Preview component to your screen element. Configure the component by setting the Content Document ID to reference the document you want users to preview. Add a descriptive label to help users understand what they're reviewing. At runtime, users can view the document content within the screen flow and proceed with their tasks without interruption.

**When:** This feature was introduced in Winter ’26.
