Send messages to large audiences and use Wait elements with asynchronous broadcast flows. Use decisions, exit rules, reentry conditions, and more in activation-triggered flows. Access segment-triggered, automation event-triggered, and on-demand flows with a Data 360 license.
- Send Mass Notifications or Wait for Events with Asynchronous Broadcast Flows
You can now set broadcast flows to run asynchronously. By running the flow asynchronously, you can send notifications to larger audiences or to add Wait elements to the flow. That means you can resume the flow after a certain event triggers, like if a customer opens an email. - Use Decisions, Add Exit Rules, and More with Enhancements to Activation-Triggered Flows
In activation-triggered flows, you can now use the Decision element, add exit and reentry conditions, pause an active flow, and in the Transform element, map activation data up to 5 levels deep. - Use Flows with Data 360 Licenses and Increased Rate Limits
Use segment-triggered, automation event-triggered, and on-demand flows in Data 360 with a Data 360 license. For example, create flows that trigger on segments or events or trigger flows via API from external systems. Create and use custom automation events in your flows. Data 360, Marketing Cloud Growth, and Marketing Cloud Advanced customers can now process up to 15 million actions per hour per org. - Label for Custom Real-Time Data Graph Event Was Changed
The label for the Custom Real-Time Data Graph Event automation event is now Real-Time Data Graph Record Change.
