# View Flow Approval Process Automation Usage in the Approvals Lightning App

Quickly identify dependencies for your flow approval processes with the new Usage subtab. Select the Manage All Flow Approval Processes tile to open the All Flow Approval Processes list view. Select a flow approval process or version, then click Usage. The subtab shows automations that the selected item uses or automations that use the selected item.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions.

**Who:** To view the flows that a flow approval process version uses or the flow versions that use a flow approval process, you must have the Manage Flow user permission.

**How:** On the Usage subtab for a selected flow approval process, view the flows versions that use the flow approval process and how they reference it.
