# Optimizing Automotive Loan Funding with Funding Workbench

Enhance your Automotive lending process with the Funding Workbench console by managing post-contract document reviews. The Funding Workbench console provides a single location for funding analysts to view all the required documents uploaded by dealers, execute and assign related tasks to finalize the funding for a customer’s loan or lease. They can also upload and associate relevant documents with action items for dealers to work on missing requirements. Optimize task and work-flow management system while fostering seamless collaboration between stakeholders.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions with Automotive, Vehicle And Asset Lending, and Funding Workbench enabled.

**Who:** To use this feature, users need the Vehicle and Asset Lending permission set.

**How:** In the Funding Workbench app, for an Application Form Product record, on the Loan Documents tab, click Upload File(s). Review and execute tasks on the Assigned Actions tab.
