Use the sample APIs to perform a customer’s eligibility check and enroll them into the deferral program. Service reps can quickly initiate a service process request on behalf of customers by using the Payment Deferral template from Unified Catalog, improving customer service quality and reducing turnaround time. They can also initiate a request through the Asset Finance Management agent. Furthermore, customers can access the Omniscript-based form on the Experience Cloud site and log a request to defer payments due to unforeseen circumstances.
