# Boost Sales Productivity with Industries Sales Assistance

Search for products and relevant accessories, find relevant dealers that sell them, create a single opportunity for multiple selected products, and manage trade-in requests for assets with the Industries Sales Concierge agent topic. Use the enhanced features of the Automotive Sales Concierge agent topic, now a part of the new Industries Sales Assistance agent template, to support more AI-assisted task automation and increase productivity of sales reps. Search for and select relevant accessories for a vehicle. Search for dealers that sell a particular vehicle and choose to capture the details as opportunity preferred seller records. Create a quote and add manual discounts as required.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions with Automotive, Automotive Generative AI, Automotive Agents, Criteria-Based Search and Filter, Automotive Scheduler, Appraisal Management, and Automotive Components for Appraisal Management enabled.

**Who:** To use the Automotive Sales Concierge agent topic, users need the Criteria-Based Search and Filter, Automotive Scheduler, Partner Lead Management, and the Manage Appraisals and Valuations permission sets.

**How:** To give users the ability to manage vehicle sales for customers by using an AI agent, in Setup, on the Agentforce Agents page, click **New Agent**. Then, select the Industries Sales Assistance agent in Agent Builder.

To use the Automotive Sales Concierge topic, launch the Agentforce panel, and specify an utterance, such as Show me valve caps for the customer vehicleor Find me a NeoGen LX with AWD Trim and 220 HP.
