Manage Timesheets and Timesheet Entries with Agentforce

Service resources can now record their activities, such as work, drive, and break times. They can also access a comprehensive view of timesheet data, including status and validation errors, to resolve issues. Furthermore, they can seamlessly initiate the verification or submission process for their timesheets.

Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions with the Agentforce Employee Agent add-on. ‌Agentforce Employee Agent uses Flex Credits under the Salesforce Foundations Entitlements model.
