# Let Customers Request Private Offers Directly from Your AgentExchange Listing

Partners enrolled in the AgentExchange Partner Program can now turn on the Request Private Offer button on their AgentExchange listing. By selecting the button, customers can initiate a private offer conversation without leaving the marketplace. Providing a direct path for these requests increases lead generation and shortens the sales cycle.

**Where:** This change is available in the AgentExchange Partner Console.

**Who:** This feature is available to partners with an active Partner Application Distribution Agreement with Salesforce that incorporates the AgentExchange Go-To-Market App Terms. Execute or update your existing distribution agreement at [Partner Agreements](https://www.salesforce.com/company/legal/partner-agreements/).

**Why:** Previously, customers interested in a private offer had no direct way to request a private offer from a listing page. Now, customers can submit a request form directly from a partner's listing, saving time and shortening the sales cycle.

**How:** To accept private offer request leads, partners can turn on **Request a private offer** in the Lead-Generating Activities section of their AgentExchange listing. A **Request Private Offer** button appears on their listing detail page, and private offer leads are sent to their Partner Business Org (PBO).

To request a private offer, customers can visit a listing page and click **Request Private Offer**. On the request form, they can enter their contact information and request details, then select **Request Offer**.

Partners can respond to US-based private offer requests directly from their PBO, or follow up with the company for non-US private offer requests.
