Security and Identity

BEHAVIOR CHANGE: The Customize Application permission is required to access the RedirectWhitelistUrl metadata type
Previously, that permission was required only for edit access to this type. Now that permission is required for read access, too.
Configure the canvas settings for an external client app
Use the new ExtlClntAppCanvasSettings metadata type. Available in API version 66.0 and later.
Enable the canvas app plugin for an external client app
Use the new isCanvasPluginEnabled field on the existing ExtlClntAppConfigurablePolicies metadata type.
DEPRECATED: Don't use Metadata API to get external client app OAuth consumer secrets
The enableConsumerSecretApiAccess field on the ExternalClientAppSettings metadata type is deprecated. Use the external client app UI to get OAuth consumer secrets.

Service

REMOVED: The isInboundReceiptsEnabled, isRoutingWorkResultEnabled, and isTypingIndicatorDisabled fields are removed from the ConversationChannelDefinition type
Use the EventCapabilitiesIsInboundAcknwOptionExposed field instead of IsInboundReceiptsEnabled.
Use the EventCapabilitiesIsRoutingWorkResultSupported field instead of IsRoutingWorkResultEnabled.
Use the EventCapabilitiesIsTypingIndicatorOptionHidden field instead of IsTypingIndicatorDisabled.
Store callback routing information for a contact center channel with Omni-Channel Unified Routing
