# Let Agentforce Service Agent Take Actions with User Context in Enhanced Web Chat v2

With credential-based user verification, Agentforce AI agents in Enhanced Web Chat v2 sessions can now take actions in the context of the user, such as looking up orders or canceling them. This feature was previously only available for Enhanced Web Chat v1.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions.

**When:** This change is available starting the week of April 13, 2026.

**How:** The setup involves two parts. First, in Messaging Settings, select the **Add User Verification** checkbox for your messaging channel. Second, in the Experience Builder, highlight the Embedded Messaging component and select **Add credential-based user verification** in the property editor, then publish your changes.
