# Process Smart Approvals Faster by Skipping Condition Checks

Give approval designers the option to skip the evaluation of the entry conditions in an approval step within a smart approval process. Help them save approval processing time by skipping unnecessary condition checks from resubmission evaluation based on your workflow’s context. For instance, if the submitted record description is empty during resubmission, designers can skip the condition if it’s irrelevant to the evaluation.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions of Agentforce Revenue Management, formerly Revenue Cloud, with the Revenue Cloud Growth or Revenue Cloud Advanced license where Advanced Approvals is enabled.

**Who:** To skip conditions from smart approval evaluation in an approval workflow, you need the Manage Flow user permission.

**How:** From Setup, in the Quick Find box, find and select **Flows**. Open the flow that has Smart Approvals turned on, and then open the approval step’s Properties tab. In the Smart Approval Skip Conditions field, enter the sequence numbers of the entry conditions that you want to skip from smart approval evaluation, separated by commas.
