# Field Service Mobile App Support on Android 11 Is Deprecated

As of this release, support for the mobile app on Android 11 and earlier devices is deprecated.

**Where:** This change applies to the Field Service mobile app for Android.

**How:** The Winter ’26 and later versions of the Field Service mobile app require Android 12 or later. The Summer ’25 and earlier versions of the Field Service mobile app still work on Android 11 devices. To maintain access to critical security updates, bug fixes, and new features, update your mobile devices to the latest version of Android and the Field Service mobile app.

Important The Field Service mobile app must be no more than two major releases behind the Salesforce platform for the app to continue to work with Lightning web components. The Summer ’25 version stops being compatible when the Summer ’26 version is released.
