# Simplify Agentforce Field Service Feature Discovery and Setup

Realize maximum business value faster with Agentforce Field Service, formerly Field Service. Accelerate deployment with bulk tools for onboarding technicians and dispatchers, alongside simplified setups for Data Cloud, assets, and service agreements. Experience seamless automation with data capture rules that link service appointments, work orders, and work order line items to flows instantly, while customizable dashboards and mobile tools ensure teams remain highly responsive to changing field conditions. And, you can now scale your workforce with Agentforce to deliver personalized service for any type of on-site work.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Pro Suite, Professional, Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions, and in Agentforce 1 Sales Edition.

**Who:** To view Salesforce Go, you must have the View Setup and Configuration user permission. To turn on features in Salesforce Go, you must have the Customize Application user permission.

**How:** Select **Salesforce Go** from the gear menu or from the main Setup menu. Go to the **My Clouds** tab to see what’s available in Field Service.
