# Export an Anonymization Template for ServiceNow

You can download a defined anonymization template to your local workstation.

1. In the Anonymize tab in the Templates tab, select the anonymization template that you want to export. The selected anonymization template displays in the My Templates page.
2. Click the three dots, which are located on the far right side of the toolbar containing the Search for field and the Show field. A menu displays the available action Export.
3. Click Export. The anonymization template is immediately downloaded to your local machine.
